We at R.E.P. take pride in processing your insurance claims in a timely, expedient manner. Our billing department is comprised of extraordinary individuals that understand to the fullest extent the need for medical equipment and our process demonstrates the care we have for our patients. Our commercial accounts average completion within 40 to 60 days, and our state and federal insurance accounts average completion within 60 to 90 days.    

We also work with those interested in seeking reimbursement on purchased items or repairs. We work with any PPO plan on the market.  Some of the plans we work with are listed below. Our billing office hours are: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and our phone number is (703) 370-2100.    

We are network contracted providers for: Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO, Blue Cross/Blue Shield FEP, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Geha, Guardian and Mutual of Omaha (Homelink).    

We accept all PPO plans such as:  Aetna; Cigna; United HealthCare and many more.    

Our federal and state insurances are:      Tricare Prime / Standard; D.C. Medicaid; MD Medicaid - Federal REM Program; AmeriGroup of MD; VA Medicaid; InTotal Health; and Health Services for Children with Special Needs.    

We work with all private funding organizations:      The Bloomfield Foundation; Harrison Conrad Trust Fund; The Jill Fox Fund; MDA; MS Society; VA Birth Related Injury Fund (VBRIF); The Variety Charity; and all workman's compensation plans.
